Ken Stripling, has spent 35 years working in retail, most of those years in luxury retail management roles at The Bal Harbour Shops for such retailers as Gucci, Neiman Marcus and Christofle Silver. There he honed his skills by working with high end, luxury minded clients that expected attention to detail, unwavering service and follow through. Having a discerning eye for detail Ken successfully transitioned to house manager / property manager for many of his local and international clients. Ken is licensed, insured and a bonded property manager in the State of Florida.

Chauncey Sullivan is a Luxury Lifestyle Concierge with an accomplished history of providing exemplary Five-Diamond and Five-Star service to her clients. Seasoned in condominium pre-openings as well as condominium-hotel standard operations, she is known for her expert assessment of her clients needs and uses those skills to provide superior results as part of a welcoming and luxurious service experience.
